We can purchase a “Used Engine” which normally is taken from a wrecked vehicle comparable to the year, make and model of your vehicle.
Opting to have your engine replaced with a used engine is by far the less expensive option but comes with a great risk of failure and no warranty.
We can purchase a “Remanufactured Engine” with zero miles.
Purchasing a remanufactured engine comes with a 3-4 year warranty and is basically brand new.
We can remove your existing engine and rebuild the engine, removing and replacing all damaged parts.
This option is the most expensive option and will include a one-year warranty.
Engines run off either a timing belt or timing chain. Timing belts synchronize the camshaft and crankshaft, which allows the engine valves to open and close at the correlated timing. While timing chains aren’t as popular, just as with timing belts, if the chain is unable to synchronize the timing it will result in the vehicle being non-operable.
It’s common to have an engine oil leak as the vehicle ages. Most oil leaks are a result of the gaskets and seals breaking down over time. It could be a valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, timing cover gasket, rear main seal, front crank seal, oil filter housing gasket, etc.
While there are products on the market that claim to reseal your engine from oil leaks, they are found to be temporary solutions and can cause further damage.
Call our scheduling team today and let the professional fix your oil leak.
An ignition system ensures your vehicles’ performance. It’s a mixture of fuel and air for gasoline engines. Depending on the vehicle, the ignition system includes ignition coils, spark plug wires, and spark plugs. It is important that there is no breakdown in the spark plugs and wires as they are responsible for the transfer of electricity to ignite the ignition coils.
